Type of Ring Gear
1. Straight edge ring gears have teeth perpendicular to their end faces, and are the most common type.
2. The tooth surface of guide ring gears are not perpendicular to the end face and has an angle of inclination, which can effectively prevent excessive crushing and shorten residence time to increase production capacity.

● The ring gear uses carbon structural steel (Q235) for raw materials, and rolled into shape with a plate rolling machine.
● By fine-turning the inner and outer surfaces of the ring gear, the size is more accurate.
● Tungsten carbide alloy is welded onto each stage tooth of each ring gear, which significantly increases its abrasion resistance and increases its service life.
● By changing the angle of the alloy on the ring gear, increasing the frontal striking surface with the hammer, the crushing efficiency can be increased.
● Ring gears can be integral or split. During use, split ring gears are easier to install and replace than integral ring gears.
