Our flat dies are used primarily for the production of aquatic pellets: floating feed, sinking feed, and suspended feed. The dimensions and parameters of the flat die are closely related to the design of the granulator and to the details of the granulation process. Three different feed types(floating feed, sinking feed, suspended feed) are determined by three factors: feed formula, a number of flat die holes (opening area), and aperture pressure ratio. The common size of Buhler 125, 215, Funsun 165, 215 and etc., has been widely used.
