Description

A ring die or a flat die granulator is used to extrude the material into granulated feed in the feed production industry, and the pellet mill roller shell mainly works with the ring die and flat die in order to cut, knead, inlay, and extrude raw materials to achieve granulation.

Hobbing
The roller is hobbed with high-precision fully automated equipment to ensure the uniformity of the tooth profile.
Heat treatment
Adopt high temperature heat treatment technology to improve the wear resistance of products, and ensure that the rollers' internal hardness is uniform. After heat treatment, the roller should have an average hardness of HRC54-58, and the hardness difference between rollers should be controlled within HRC4.
Internal grinding
The surface roughness (Ra Value) should be less than 1.6 μm
